I'm sorry I have been slacking at the posts. Really, there isn't too much fascinating news to share. Elder Call always teases us with promises of hilarious stories, but he never really tells them... He did get transferred today and will now be in Miami, Oklahoma! Have any of you received letters from him? Has he told you guys any good stories? Feel free to share if you have. Although, I do have a fabulous picture that he emailed us today! Here's a portion of his latest email:
The weather here is CRAZY!!!!! For two days it was 60s - 70s! FANTASTIC! Then we got a mini-ice-storm and dumped on with snow!!!! (i have pictures to prove this!) Our bikes got plastered in ice, and just look awful.
Um... The real news for today? President Merkley called this morning and i'm getting transferred. I'll be relocated to the white sandy beaches of Miama, OK. (i'm actually super excited!) Last night we knew a transfer was coming (We both talked to President, and he said we would, it was just a matter of where), and i mourned, i really love the people in Granby! But, alas, i'm going to be with the District Leader! So that'll be nice! President said that hopefully it will benefit both areas, and as Elder Day and i talked about it, we both felt great about it. Elder Horch, our District Leader is a great missionary, and he and i are alot alike, so we think things will turn out rather well!
